Tasha earned her juris doctorate from Washington University School of Law and her bachelor of arts in public policy from Stanford University. A native Chicagoan, Tasha currently resides in the western suburbs with her husband and daughter.

Prior to joining Inside Edge Legal, Gareth worked for the Allegis Group as Regional Field Manager for Aerotek's Northeast region. Gareth started in a support role and was quickly promoted to the role of supervisor for customer support operations for the New York metro area. Under Gareth's leadership, his offices became the model for high performing teams within the Allegis Group - Aerotek offices.
As Regional Field Manager, Gareth provided leadership and management to 20 field offices and 50 customer support associates responsible for supporting clients within the fields of engineering, life sciences, finance & accounting, and light industrial. Gareth was responsible for improving the pre-employment screening process, assuring compliance with federal and state employment regulations, client and contractor relations, payroll management and other operational duties.

Before relocating to New York, Larae practiced law in the Houston office of Bracewell & Giuliani LLP where she represented public school districts, as well as public and private colleges and universities, in all aspects of school and public law, including labor and employment, general litigation, student discipline, special education and election law. Larae is also a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources.
Larae received her J.D. from the University of Virginia. While in law school, Larae served as the Articles Editor for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law and Vice-President of Virginia Law Woman. Prior to joining the legal recruiting team at IEL, Bill worked for Aerotek, the largest operating unit of IEL's parent company, the Allegis Group. Bill was the Director of Business Operations for Aerotek's offices throughout central Maryland. He was responsible for all aspects of sales, recruiting, strategic planning, hiring, training and P&L management while directing over 55 employees. Bill's team served six unique business lines and provided recruiting and staffing services to a diverse array of industries including engineering, biotechnology and construction management. Greg Richter is the Global Practice Leader for Inside Edge Legal and the Regional Practice Manager of the Eastern
Region of Major, Lindsey & Africa's In-House Practice Group.
As the Global Practice Leader for Inside Edge Legal, Greg is responsible for recruiting operations and client
services and oversees all of the firm's functional and strategic initiatives. As Regional Practice Manager for
MLA's In-House Group, Greg oversees the in-house recruiting efforts for MLA's east coast offices creating
strategy and implementing best practices across the practice group.
Prior to joining the legal recruiting team at IEL, Greg was a Director of Business Operations for
Aerotek's New York offices. Under Greg's leadership Aerotek established a
top performing team and brand presence across multiple business lines. Greg was responsible for all aspects of sales,
recruiting, strategic planning, hiring, training and P&L management while directing over 75 employees; his sales

Elizabeth is a Professional Recruiter in Inside Edge Legal's Boston office where she specializes in the recruitment and placement of experienced contract attorneys and paralegals for substantive assignments in both law firms and in-house legal departments.
Prior to joining IEL, Elizabeth served as the Director of Candidate Recruitment and Development in Counsel On Call's Boston office. There she provided seasoned contract attorneys and paralegals on an as-needed basis to law firms and legal departments throughout the country. Notably, she assisted a Fortune 500 legal department with the revamping of its legal hiring practices and created a rotational paralegal program, saving the department over a million dollars a year.
Previously, Elizabeth worked as a commercial litigation associate in the Hartford offices of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae (now known as Dewey & LeBoeuf) and Halloran & Sage. At LeBoeuf, Elizabeth assisted a Fortune 500 manufacturing client with post-closing environmental remediation issues and served as one of the firm's electronic discovery and strategy experts. While at Halloran, she represented companies ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 insurance companies on issues ranging from contractual breach to ITAR.

Prior to joining IEL, Ron worked for MLA's parent company, the Allegis Group, as Regional Business Development Manager supporting Aerotek, a provider of engineering, technical, commercial, professional and administrative staffing. He was responsible for C-level sales, marketing and delivering workforce solutions for the company's largest clients. During his tenure Ron developed a comprehensive sales strategy for the Northeast region and was mentor for six field offices. He began his staffing career with the Allegis Group in 1996 as a technical recruiter providing employment counseling to seasoned candidates in the energy, environmental and legal fields. Ron moved to Toronto, Ontario in 1998 to manage the firm's largest international account.
Ron received his bachelor's of science degree in business administration management from Fitchburg State University where he captained an NCAA Division III baseball team. He holds an MBA from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts with a dual concentration in entrepreneurial studies and business management.

Kelly then transitioned into an insurance defense litigation practice at the law firm Barger & Wolen in downtown Los Angeles. Subsequently founded a real estate investment company where she invested in distressed properties.
Kelly received a B.S. in accounting from Tuskegee University and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law. While at Duke, Kelly served as the American Bar Association Student Representative and an editor on the Journal of Gender Law and Policy. Kelly is licensed with the State Bar of California.
